Frequently Asked Questions

  • There is currently a limitation with our booking system where we cannot remove the deposit requirement.
    For maintenance memberships, we always keep you booked 2 appointments ahead, so we will continue to do that with you in the salon.

    For Blow Dry memberships, we will book several in advance with you in person in the salon.

    You can view and change these appointments online at anytime without the need for an deposit.

  • We are very flexible and are happy for you to cancel anytime - just contact Taylor directly on 0402 826 915

  • Our standard policy applies. Late cancellations or no shows will forfeit your session and the amounts paid towards it.

  • Occasionally we may offer special sign up deals (fee free sign up, additional inclusions etc)

    Unfortunately we cannot add special offers to existing memberships.
