    Booking Fees are taken to secure your appointment & are non-refundable.

    Your booking fee will be deducted from your service total & if you need to change your appointment more than 48 hours before, you can transfer the booking fee to another appointment time.

    You will be sent a confirmation text at 8am, 2 days before your appointment time. Please reply Yes or No to this text. Any changes made after 11.55pm, 2 days before your appointment will forfeit your booking fee (if no booking fee was held, the $50 cancellation fee will be charged).

    Last minute cancellations or no shows will require up to the full amount of the service to be paid before a new appointment can be made.

    Late changes in service type will be treated the same as a cancellation in regards to notification times and fees required.

    Last minute changes or no-shows on membership appointments will forfeit the appointment and the session will be deducted from your membership package.

  • We have implemented a No Children Policy & this is mostly for insurance purposes.

    Your 3 hour hair appointment is not a fun thing for kids to do, and you also deserve a break to rest and enjoy your service, the other clients in the salon are also here for the same.

    Out of respect for you & your child as well as the staff and other clients, we ask that you arrange childcare for your young children.

    Older children who are happy to sit with an iPad and some snacks can be allowed, however, we reserve the right to end your appointment early if things become too disruptive.

  • Please exfoliate and moisturize your skin the night before your appointment.

    You will be sent a confirmation txt at 8 am 2 days before your appointment that will contain a link to a consult form. Please ensure you have filled this in.

    If you use any skincare masks etc, you can also use them the night before. In the morning before you arrive, please do not do anything to your skin, and please arrive makeup free and bring inspo photos.

  • Please come to your appointment with clean fresh hair, this is for new installs as well as maintenance appointments. Unclean hair will cause the extensions to not hold up as strongly as they should. Hair should be washed the day of or the day before your appointment.

  • Blushington Studio (by appointment only)

    Street parking is either 15 minutes or 1 hour on our end of New Street. There is 3 hour parking further up the hill. Your best bet is parking in the Coles Carpark which is 3 hours. There are parking inspectors out and about, please let me know if you need to take a break to move your car, I don’t want anyone getting fines.

  • The referring client will receive a $50 credit to their Blushington Timely account, per referral card that is redeemed, to be used on their own services or products. Limit of one $50 credit per service/purchase. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

    The referred client will exchange the referral card for $50 off per pack of Blushington Mini Wefts. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

NEW BOND POLICY FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS

Due to an influx of client’s not attending their appointments without any notification, we have had to make the decision to introduce a new bond system.

Unfortunately, no business can continue to operate and serve clients if chairs are left empty.
Our ability to continue to provide you services relies on our clients respecting our time.

From January 2025, we will be requiring a $100 holding bond to be paid.
This bond will remain on your file and continue to roll over from one appointment to the next.

This way you will not need to pay a deposit each time you make an appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the $100 will be forfeited and you will need to pay another $100 before we can rebook your appointment.

If you do not turn up to your appointment, you will forfeit your $100 bond and you be required to pay for your appointment in full before we can reschedule you.
