I believe most of, if not all of you, have now had appointments with Teneil, Keira or Maryam (quick note, Maryam is sadly no longer part of our team, no exciting story, the travel to and from work was just a bit too much for her so she decided to resign).
I have been working exclusively with weft extensions since mid 2019, so over the years, I have done over 1500 of sets & maintenances (I ran a report, those are real numbers, CRAZY) which means I have gotten quite quick at them, much quicker than the norm and much quicker than the industry standard.

Additionally, the nature of this style of weft extension (genius/mini weft) is that they are VERY prone to little flappy corners, due to the seams being extremely flat, thin and flexible. Flappy corners are every Weft Specialist’s Achilles Heel, and if you have been a client of mine for a few years, you will know that I have only mastered these to about a 90% success rate in the past 12 or so months.

While the girl’s do a fantastic job, their speed and corners are much more inline with the typical industry standard, but we have extensive ongoing training and coaching to perfect these and increase speed (while not taking short cuts) they are each performing around 10 sets a week, so speed and precision is picking up.

I appreciate you all so so so much for being so wonderful, open and understanding while transitioning to having someone new doing your extensions. I know how hard it can be to trust someone new, but rest assured that the girls are being mentored and coached by someone (me) who truly lives and breathes for Blushington and it’s clients.
